Through a playful combination of yoga postures, breathing, meditation, yoga stories and wisdom - we experience yoga's true aim: to be happy.
Yoga mats and cushions are available, but you may want to bring your own mat.
Taught by Australian yoga teacher and Canadian resident Tanu.
Tanu is a long-time yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher, a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Bowen Therapist.
Tanu's Indian heritage and time with yoga masters and teachers from India (along with Australian and North American teachers) lend itself to playful but authentic insight, in ways not often experienced in the west today.
100% proceeds go to Australian Bushfires, after rent.
Suggested donation $18 but pay as you feel.
