Return to Self: A Yoga Sound Journey

Return to Self: A Yoga Sound Journey

Sunday, January 25th

Enjoy a rare and magical afternoon of sound and yoga! Drawing inspiration from yin, vinyasa, and dance-yoga, Loretta will facilitate a meditative movement journey to the soulful sounds of David and Zamir of Naad. Sink into breath, sensation, and full-being while buoyed by the deep sounds of the hang drum, didgeridoo, shakuhachi, native flute and more!

This is more than a yoga class: It is a return to self, an exploration of feeling and movement, a journey of sweet vibration.

Please Bring a Yoga Mat!

Price: In the spirit of fair energy exchange, this is a sliding scale class: $8-$20 per person. If you'd like to offer a form of energy other than money, please send David a Private Message (on Facebook).

Afterward, stick around for Naad: Return – 2 hours of improvised music with space to move, dance, stretch, rest, sit, sip chai and be with community! Learn More.
