Nia invites new ways of self-discovery. Enjoy inspirational music, creative movement patterns and empowering fun.

Following the joy of Nia, join Kathy and Marilyn as they weave a tapestry of sound with gongs, singing bowls, drums and other sacred sound instruments. Sound is a pathway to deep relaxation, renewal and peace - an invitation to rest and be nourished.

Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort while lying on the floor during the sound journey.
