Join us for Kundalini Yoga every Wednesday from 6:15pm to 7:45pm at Bridge and Enrich starting August 8th.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful ancient yoga also called the Yoga of Awareness. It combines asanas (postures) with pranayama (breath) and mantras (chanting).

Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, quiets the mind creating mind, body and spirit connection.

Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing, meditation and chanting in order to enhance physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Our Kundalini Yoga class is 90 minutes long so the students can go deep into their experiences and reset their nervous system.

We invite you to experience this transformative and uplifiting class.
