Yoga practice is about creating a unity between the two forces of 'prana' and 'citta', or energy and consciousness. This workshop will introduce Pranayama as a practice to both rejuvenate the body, enhance the flow of energy and explore the subtler realms of yoga.
Pranayama is the 4th limb in the Asthanga system of yoga and an integral part of yogic development. Through pranayama practice we develop, strengthen and purify the flow of prana in our system to prepare us for entering the practice of dhyana, or meditation.
